    How do I place an order?

    You can place an order online on sharperinnovations.com, or by phone or mail.

    Internet: Log on sharperinnovations.com and shop any time and follow the easy instructions on our site.

    Shopping Cart - To add and item to your Shopping Cart, click on “Add to cart” below the product description. You can always change the quantity or remove the item in your shopping cart later. If you change your quantity, it will automatically recalculate the subtotal.

    For faster shopping, you can also view the “All products” menu in the top navigation bar and click the “Quick shop” button under the desired product in our catalog. A pop-up window will confirm the product selection: by clicking “Continue shopping” the product will be automatically added to your cart and you can continue shopping other Proactiv products. Click “Checkout now” to review your cart and finalize the order.

    If you already have an account set up, all you need to do is provide your email and password to login by clicking on the “Returning Customers Please Login here” tab. If you are ordering online for the first time, fill in your information prior to placing your order and click on the Create Account button at the bottom of the form.

    Shipping and Payment Information – When you provide your shipping and billing information, please make sure to be very precise as misspellings can delay your order. We only ship to addresses in Canada.

    Order Confirmation – Before you click on the “Complete your order” button, please review your order. You can still cancel your order if you change your mind or edit any information at this time. Once you click on the Complete your order” button, your order will be submitted to us. Your credit card is not charged until we have confirmed and shipped your order. You will get an Order confirmation page and a confirmation email after placing your order and also a confirmation email when your order ships.

    Cancelling or modifying an order

    Before you place your order, please review the contents in your shopping cart. Once you click on the “Complete your order” button, your order will be submitted to us. When your order is being processed, you cannot make any changes. Contact Customer Service if you have any questions on how to cancel your order.

    How do I find a product?

    There are several ways to find products on sharperinnovations.com

    To order a Proactiv® System and join the Clear Skin Club, click on the “Order your system” button in the top navigation bar. Then choose one of our effective 3 or 5-piece systems or create your own kit with 3, 4 or 5 products of your choice.

    Find individual products through the top navigation. Under the menu “All products”, you can find all the products within each of the skin care categories. Here you can quick shop for your favorite products by clicking the “Quick shop” button under each product. The product will be automatically added to your cart and you can continue shopping.

    You can always use the Search feature at the bottom of any page to search for any of our products.

    By subscribing to our newsletter, you will get all special offers and exclusive duos sent to you directly by email.

    How do I create an online account?

    To place your first online order with us, you must first set up a Sharper Innovations Inc. online account. All you need to provide is your name, address, email address and password during the checkout process or click the “Your Account” tab at the top of the page and selecting the “Register” option. If you need to change your account information, you can do it at any time by clicking the “Your Account” link at the top of any page. You can edit your profile and shipping address at any time. When you place an order in the future, you will have instant access to your account.

    How do I sign up for a membership?

    To sign up for the membership, you must choose one of the kits available on the Club continuity program. To view the available kits, click on “Order Your System” button in the top menu. Once you order any of these kits, you'll be automatically enrolled in the Clear Skin Club for free. To learn more about the Club program and to see the kit options, click here

    How often will I receive my auto-shipped Kit?

    Every 60 days, you'll receive a 60 day supply of your chosen Proactiv® System and any additional products you've chosen. Check your account online to confirm when your next shipment is scheduled. Your credit card will automatically be billed your member price, plus shipping and handling, for each additional auto-shipped supply. You can always customize the shipping schedule and put orders on hold or speed up shipments to better suit your needs.

    What if I have too much product?

    The full size products are designed for a 60-day usage. If you prefer to modify the use of the product to suit your particular needs, you can always slow down or speed up your regular shipments by changing your shipping frequency. You can also customize your kit to receive only the products you like and the right quantity of each.

    How can I manage my Membership orders?

    All your membership and custom kit orders can be managed from your Account page. Go to Your Account >Your Proactiv System to modify your kit contents and shipping frequency as well as your next shipping date.

    How do I check on an order I have placed?

    To see the detailed order history and the status of your latest orders, login to your online account. In the “Order Status and History” section you can view all your past orders and review their current status. You can also contact our Customer Service representatives for the status of your order by email info@sharperinnovations.com or telephone 1-877-925-3276.

    Returns and Exchanges

    Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your products(s), returning is simple and easy. We’ll issue you a full refund to your credit card (excluding shipping) for the price of any item that you return provided you return the item within the applicable money back guarantee time frame.

    We guarantee and stand behind all of our products; however, we are not liable for any charges related to returning of products. Kindly pay Canada Post or your carrier company when returning products back to us. For your security, insure your returns.

    Where can I find out about the ingredients of the products?

    The list of ingredients can be found on each product page on our website and also on the package containing the actual product. However, if you need specific information, please contact our Customer Service.

    Why do the color shades look different on my computer?

    Each computer monitor displays colors differently. Please check your computer to make sure that your monitor is displaying the optimal color settings. Our site is best viewed with 600x800.

    How do I subscribe or unsubscribe from newsletters?

    We send newsletters with information on new products, special offers, and much more. To subscribe to our newsletter simply provide your email address in the special box at the bottom of the home page and click submit. If you do receive a newsletter from us, you can look at the end of the newsletter to find out how to subscribe or unsubscribe. Please allow up to 10 days for your email to be removed from our database.
