Why are you no longer accepting new customers?

Sharper Innovations' distribution agreement with Guthy-Renker Corporation changed. All new customers for Proactiv and Youthful Essence will now be serviced directly by Guthy-Renker Corporation from the U.S.A. Please call 1-800 235-6050 to order Proactiv in US.

Will Sharper Innovations continue to service existing customers?

Yes! We will continue to service our existing customers with Proactiv and Youthful Essence products shipped from within Canada. It’s business as usual!

Will my Club shipments be affected?

No. You will continue to receive your shipments on time at the same price.

Will prices change?

No. Prices will not change.

Will all of the products in the catalogue still be available?

Yes. You will still be able to order any product in the catalogue.
