Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our top priority.  If you are not completely satisfied with your products(s), returning is simple and easy.  We’ll issue you a full refund (excluding shipping) to your credit card for the price of any item that you return provided you return the item within the applicable money back guarantee time frame.

All returns mailed to us as returned to sender will be charged to your account.  We guarantee and stand behind all of our products; however, we are not liable for any charges related to returning of products.  Kindly pay Canada Post or your carrier company when returning products back to us.  For your security, insure your returns.
